Polices:
Tuition is payable monthly on the first lesson of the month. Tuition is late after the 7th of the month. WE DO NOT SEND STATEMENTS. There is a late fee charged if you pay on the 8th or after.
All tuition is based on a flat monthly rate on an average of 4 weeks
per month. When 5th weeks occur, the extra lesson you receive will
balance out with "holiday months" when students may only receive 3
lessons. This policy avoids confusion as everyone pays the same tuition
every month regardless of whether they get 3, 4 or 5 lessons in that
calendar month.
Discounts:
Families with 2 children taking a total of 2 or more hours per week will receive a 10% discount on the student with the least number of hours being taken.
Families
with more than 2 children that take a total of 3 or more hours per week
will receive a 10% discount on their second child and a 15% discount on
their third or more children.
Also, if you refer someone to us, we offer a one time discount of $5.00 per family that signs up a student.
Students who take 3 hours or more per week will receive a 10% discount.
Students in a 3- to 7-1/2-year-old Combo Class may take a 2nd combo class per week at a 25% discount off that class.
If a parent wishes to take a class, they get a 25% discount for their own class(es). No further discounts will apply to the parent's portion of the monthly family tuition.
